• The 2027 Subaru BRZ starts at $37,385, which marks a year-over-year increase of $330 for the Limited trim, while the tS increases by $410.
  • Both the Limited and the tS get an updated EyeSight camera for the driver-assist system, with the tS also gaining rear parking sensors.
  • The BRZ’s base price has significantly increased since the current generation launched for the 2022 model year, rising by $8,395.

Subaru announced pricing for the 2027 BRZ, with the affordable little sports car getting slightly more expensive. Barring the arrival of any special editions, such as last year’s Series.Yellow, the new lineup will be limited to just two trims. The Limited starts at $37,385 with the six-speed manual transmission, but the available automatic pushes that price to $38,235. Meanwhile, the stick-shift-only tS starts at $38,770.

The new prices reflect modest increases of $330 and $410, respectively, when compared with last year. However, they also mean that the BRZ’s cost of admission is now $8,395 higher than the base model when the current generation debuted for the 2022 model year. While Toyota hasn’t yet revealed pricing for the 2027 GR86, the 2026 lineup has a $32,695 starting price, a $4,690 discount compared with the Subaru.

While the price increases are small, so too are the updates. Both the Limited and the tS get an updated EyeSight driver-assistance camera. The new wide-angle camera increases the system’s field of view, though the change will likely go mostly unnoticed. The tS trim gets slightly more, with Subaru adding a set of rear parking sensors, but the updates end there.

The 2027 BRZ lineup is scheduled to reach dealerships later this year, though the automaker didn’t release exact timing.
